The Pause is a women-only retreat designed to gently slow your nervous system, reconnect you with your body and offer deep rest in a beautiful, intimate setting.

What the day will feel like........

You’ll arrive slowly and be welcomed into the space.
We’ll move the body gently, soften the breath, and settle the nervous system.
There will be moments of stillness, sound, nourishment, connection, and rest — with the option to step into the ice bath if and when you feel ready.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply held.​​​
