🌬 Guided Breathwork & Meditation
A gentle, safe and intentional breathwork experience paired with meditation to help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and bring you back into your body and the present moment.
🎶 Extended Sound Healing Journey
A deeply restorative sound healing session allowing your body to drop into profound relaxation, integration, and rest. Many describe this as the moment everything truly “lets go.”
🧊 Optional Ice Bath Experience
For those who feel called, an empowering and supported ice bath experience - a chance to build trust with yourself, breathe through discomfort, and feel incredibly alive. (Completely optional.)
