BOOKING POLICY

 

With every professional business there is a serious side.  Thank you for taking the time to read, understand and appreciate how The Beauty Spot will bring the best customer service to you.

 

Please help us maintain this excellent service by providing us with the following small courtesies.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS
If you do need to cancel or change your appointment, we would be very grateful if you could give us at least 24 hours notice.  Failing to do so may incur a cancellation fee.

 

 

WALK-INS
We love walk-ins and will always fo our best to accomodate, however cannot guarantee a space. If you need a certain time or want to come in with a friend we recommend calling two weeks prior for an appointment

 

 

PLANNING 
Plan your "time-out" with us carefully as arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time to respect the next scheduled appointment

 

 

PAPERWORK
For facials and massages, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If forms are required to be filled and signed, or your need to use the bathroom, this will not use your actual treatment time.

 

 

MOBILE PHONE ETIQUETTE
For the respect of others in the salon, please turn your mobile phone to vibrate.

 

 

NO SHOWS

If you are a NO-SHOW or cancel at late notice you will be required to leave a credit card number or a 50% deposit when making your next appointment.
