BOOKING POLICY

Please help us maintain this excellent service by providing us with the following small courtesies.

 

 

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
All appointments booked to the value of $50 and above OR 1 hour or more will require a credit card to secure the booking. If booking online, please phone the salon with your card number to confirm and secure the booking. 

CANCELLATION FEES
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with 24 hours notice (when you receive your reminder text message) and there will be no charge. If you cancel an appointment on the same day as your appointment, there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged to your card OR added to your next appointment. If you no-show to your appointment you will be charged the full treatment amount.

 

PLANNING 
Plan your "time-out" with us carefully as arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time to respect the next scheduled appointment.

 

 

PAPERWORK
For facials and massages, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If forms are required to be filled and signed, or your need to use the bathroom, this will not use your actual treatment time.
