To help serve you at the highest standard. Please take a moment to read and
understand our booking policy.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
When booking your appointments with us, you will be required to secure the booking
time/day with a 50% deposit of the treatment price.
This can be done over the phone, in the salon or when booking online.

If a deposit has not been left, we will contact you 48 hours before your appointment to
confirm and take booking deposit. If we are unable to contact you and deposit has not
been left, your appointment time will go to a client on our waitlist.

CANCELLATIONS
As we are a busy, high demand salon and day spa, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Any cancellations within the 24 hour period before your appointment will forfeit the 50% deposit. No shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment price and will need to be paid before booking future appointments.
Please note that, of course, we are compassionate during unforeseen circumstances.
If you are unwell, have sick children, are called into work, your alarm didn't go off or you simply forgot, this still impacts our business. You may be able to send someone else to your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
We truly care so much about your time and your visit with us, we plan and set up our day
around you so this policy is to avoid any negative impact,
allowing us to accommodate other clients and maintain our quality service.
PLANNING
Plan your time-out with us carefully as arriving late may shorten the time of your treatment, Your treatment will end on time to respect the next scheduled appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes before any treatments in our day spa. Arriving early helps us provide the best experience possible. It allows time for any paperwork and ensures you can settle in without feeling rushed, which is essential for a successful treatment.

CONFIRMATIONS
Please ensure you CONFIRM your booking when your reminder text arrives 48 hours before your appointment. All you need to do is click the link in the SMS to confirm.
